Dr. Petra Schmöller has many years of experience in the fields of training, coaching and consulting to look back on. She has been endorsed by national and international clients, along with her diverse methods and a particularly honed “business sense”, which allow her to understand challenges in a complex economic context. As a result crucial questions, workable solutions and successful transfer opportunities can be developed in a short time frame. With this approach, she combines modern business theories with the latest findings coming from neuroscience and psychology. This is reinforced with her doctorate in Business Administration, in-depth training and certification in various psychological methodologies, notwithstanding her own management and group experience at Volkswagen Coaching GmbH. This solid foundation is further enriched by her empathy and curiosity. Her communication skills and diverse methodology (both in theory and practice) ensure a holistic and effective approach.

Petra Schmöller works both in German and in English. In addition, she works in close collaboration with various international cooperation networks.
